The open men's category was an Academy sweep, with Graham Nishikawa taking second, and Jess Cockney finishing third, while also confirming his spot U23 Champs team.
Finishing behind Heidi were Alysson Marshall and Marlis Kromm, with Marlis being the 2nd U23 to cross the line in the A-Final.
In the junior women's race, Janelle Greer bested Thursday's 3rd place with a win today, also securing a spot to Turkey. Rebecca Reid finished 3rd.
The racing concludes tomorrow with the 10km and 15km classic individual races. Full results from today can be found on zone4.ca
