The Alberta World Cup Academy returned Monday from a successful seven day training camp at the Haig Glacier in Kananaskis Country. Despite rain in the first two days of the camp the weather and conditions were perfect for the final five days of training. » more »

A tough week of testing culminated on Canada Day for the Academy Team. The past week included VO2 treadmill and body composition testing based out of TCR Sport Lab in Calgary. This was followed by two field tests: a short uphill roller ski double pole test lasting around 4-6 minutes and an uphill skate roller ski test lasting about 12-16 minutes. » more »
