The Coaches would work with a dynamic team of coaches, administrative and technical staff to oversee and accomplish the goals of the AIAWCA.

The AIAWCA is a designated National Team Development Center, and is part of Nordiq Canada’s national network of training centers.  Our goal is to provide appropriate, world class training and racing opportunities to help develop our nation’s best ski racers.  Our program hosts athletes from the Learn to Compete through Train to Win phase of the athlete development pathway.  Featuring two training locations in Canmore and Calgary, AB, the AIAWCA proudly delivers flexible programming, allowing athletes to pursue post-secondary education, part-time work and other activities that complement HP training and racing. The Academy is a diverse, community driven program that welcomes athletes from across Canada.
