4th Annual Strides & Glides Duathlon Event, in cooperation with Strides Canmore.
What: 3km Running / | 3km Cross-Country Skiing

Four Categories:
Leisure | Masters | Competitive | Youth (U16)
Starting Times:
5:45pm: Competitve
6:00pm: Leisure / Masters
6:15pm: Youth (U16)
-> The Runners of each team start with the respective category the team has signed up for.
Entry Fee per participant, no matter if racing individually or in teams:
Youth: $23 (includes Nordiq Canada $3 event fee)
Adults: $33 (includes Nordiq Canada $3 event fee)
All proceeds go to the Alberta World Cup Academy
and the Canmore Nordic Ski Club.
After the race, join us at The Haig Room, BWTC, for Awards, Door Prizes, and Pizza ($6) & Beer ($7) /Pop (free – first come first serve).
Pizza & Beers can be pre-ordered when signing up for the race at Zone 4.
